For those of you that do not have access to the full set of Kakano Park Lot 3 drawings, I have attached to this announcement the Civil Works drawing that gives the quantities for Cut & Fill Earthworks, that will provide the building platforms, for the 3 Warehouse units.
As you will see, there is only a small amount of additional fill (imported) that is required to bring the site up to the underside of the floor slab hardfill level, which is generally 350mm below the finished floor level (FFL).
This work is all included in the Site Preparation Element (E1) and is covered by Sub-elements 1.03 and 1.04, It does not include the hardfill, blinding and damp-proof membrane that is allowed for in the Substructure Element (E2).
