Our advice is not to give out your personal contacts to students, whether or not they attend your PASS session. This is for reasons of security, as different people have different ideas about what is appropriate; and sometimes it's hard to judge why someone is asking for contact details.
Basically you are signing up to lead a PASS session; not to help students privately or to answer their questions outside of class time.
