Kia Ora and welcome to EDUC6006 Leading Ethical Practice!
Ko Galina toku ingoa, I am your Lecturer for this course. Together, we will explore the meaning of being an ethical and professional kaiako, different perspectives in leadership in early childhood education and consider implications for practice in creating safe, inclusive and engaging contexts for all tamariki to learn and be. This online learning space is an extension of our classroom environment and I'm hoping to see you engaging in weekly activities and zoom sessions, exploring resources and reflecting on how your views and perspectives as a beginner kaiako have been challenged and why.
