S2-Preliminary Budget Estimating
- Introduction
  In this session, you will learn how to use cost Indices and construction cost data to prepare a preliminary budget estimate. Therefore, the discussion will focus on the Briefing/Preparation stage of a project whereby "Functional Unit" and "Superficial" methods of estimation are the only options to use.
